Where we work · Northwest Indiana
AI consulting across Northwest Indiana, done on site.
Five counties, from the Kankakee up to the lakeshore. Every assessment starts with us in your building, sitting down with the people who do the work.
Northwest Indiana runs on companies that passed twenty people a while ago and kept growing: contractors with crews on both sides of the county line, manufacturers and fabricators off US-30, distributors and trucking yards along I-65 and I-80, medical and dental groups around the hospitals, and the law, title, insurance and accounting offices that serve the county seats. Anyone with a front office and a back office. At that size the owner still knows every name but cannot see every desk, and the work moves between hands. The estimate waits on a callback. The invoice gets typed a third time. The schedule lives in one person's head. Those handoffs are where the hours go.
That is what the AI Opportunity Assessment is built for: companies of twenty or more, anywhere in the region. Over two weeks we come to you. Day one is a kickoff at your place, where the delivery date is set in the room and your team hears what this is and is not. Nobody is being replaced. Days two through seven are interviews, thirty to forty-five minutes each, at every level from the owner to the person who does the thing, held at your office, shop or yard rather than over video. We follow real jobs from first contact to paid. By day ten every step is tagged as a time sink or an error risk, with a number on it. Between days eight and eleven you see everything first, so nothing goes in the plan you have not already argued with. Day fourteen, you get the plan with the math.
The plan is yours to keep: where the week goes, the opportunity map, the roadmap, the math, and what to build and how. Build it with us or hand it to your own people. We charge for the thinking. Building is optional. The drive is ours across all five counties, and the first forty-five minutes are free wherever in the region you are.

Questions
Questions from companies across the region
What size of company is the assessment built for?
Twenty people or more, up to a few hundred. That is the size where work moves between hands and the handoffs start costing hours, and where two weeks of interviews pay for themselves. Under twenty, book the call anyway. We will tell you straight if a two-week assessment is more than you need.
Do you actually come out, and is there a travel charge?
We come out, and no. The first call is on the phone so we can both decide whether it is worth two weeks. After that the work happens in your building: the kickoff, every interview, and the sessions where you see the findings before they go in the plan. Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Jasper and Newton counties are all on us. If you have a location across the state line, it goes in the same assessment.
How much of our people's time do the two weeks take?
One kickoff, then thirty to forty-five minutes per interview, spread across the first week and scheduled around your day. A forty-person company is usually eight to twelve interviews. In the second week the managers see the findings in two or three short sessions. The delivery date is set on day one, so it never drags.
My town isn't listed. Do you cover it?
Yes. Anywhere in the five counties, or across the line in the suburbs, we cover it. The listed towns are a place to start, not a boundary. Book the call and we will tell you honestly if distance changes anything.
